By purchasing or operating a Lily AI Child Panel (Reseller Panel), you agree to be legally bound by the following policies. These terms are strictly enforced and apply to all resellers, partners, and child panel owners.
1. Child Panel Program Overview
Launch Your Own AI SaaS
The Lily AI Child Panel program allows individuals or businesses to operate their own AI video generation platform using Lily AI infrastructure.
Each Child Panel includes:
- White-label AI SaaS platform
- Custom domain integration
- Full branding control (logo & name)
- Admin control panel
- User management system
- Integrated payment gateway support
The system infrastructure, AI engine, and core backend remain fully controlled and maintained by Lily AI.
2. Setup Fee & Payment Policy
Non-Refundable Setup Fee
The Child Panel requires a one-time setup fee of ₨15,000.
This fee covers:
- Server provisioning
- Panel configuration
- Domain integration
- Branding setup
- System activation
Strict No Refund Policy
All payments made for Child Panels are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- • Change of mind
- • Business failure
- • Low sales or revenue
- • Lack of usage
- • Technical misunderstandings
- • AI output dissatisfaction
- • Account suspension
- • Service termination
Once the setup process begins, no cancellation or refund is possible.
3. Additional Features & API Costs
The standard Child Panel includes only the basic Lily AI video generation system.
Any extra features requested by the reseller will incur additional charges.
Examples include:
- Additional AI models
- Custom API integrations
- Higher server capacity
- Additional storage
- Advanced automation tools
- Custom UI modifications
- Premium AI engines
Pricing for additional services will be determined by Lily AI and must be paid before implementation.
4. Subscription & Billing Enforcement
Automatic Payment Monitoring
All subscriptions created under Child Panels are automatically monitored by the system.
If any of the following occurs:
- Payment refund
- Chargeback
- Payment reversal
- Failed billing attempt
- Payment dispute
The system will automatically generate an invoice for the outstanding amount.
Mandatory Payment Resolution
If the outstanding invoice is not paid within the required timeframe:
- The amount will be automatically deducted from the reseller's prepaid balance
- The child panel may be temporarily suspended
- Users under that panel may lose access until the issue is resolved
These billing policies are fully automated and non-negotiable.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal will result in:
- Immediate suspension of the Child Panel
- Permanent termination of the reseller account
- Blocking of associated domains and payment methods
Lily AI reserves the right to recover outstanding funds through legal or payment recovery processes.
6. Platform Control & Ownership
While the reseller operates a branded platform, the following components remain the exclusive property of Lily AI:
- Core AI engine
- Video generation infrastructure
- Backend processing systems
- Automation systems
- Licensing frameworks
Resellers are granted limited operational access only. Ownership of the system cannot be transferred, resold, or redistributed.
7. Right to Terminate Child Panels
Lily AI reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate any Child Panel at any time.
Termination may occur:
- With notice or Without notice
- For operational reasons
- For policy violations
- For suspicious activities
- For abuse of infrastructure
Lily AI will not be liable for any financial loss, business interruption, or user impact caused by such termination.
8. Infrastructure Protection
Resellers agree not to engage in activities that may harm the system, including:
- Excessive automated requests
- API abuse / Reverse engineering
- Unauthorized scraping / Security testing
- Infrastructure stress testing
Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.
9. Data Storage & Monitoring
All Child Panels operate within the central Lily AI infrastructure. The system automatically logs API usage, AI generation requests, user activity, billing actions, and security events.
Lily AI reserves the right to monitor and audit any Child Panel activity to maintain system stability.
10. Service Availability
While Lily AI strives to maintain high uptime, the platform may experience maintenance periods, infrastructure upgrades, AI model updates, or temporary outages. No compensation or refunds will be provided for downtime.
11. Prohibited Use
Child Panels may NOT be used for illegal activities, fraudulent schemes, scams, generating illegal or harmful content, or selling unauthorized services. Violations will result in immediate and permanent termination.
12. Data Retention
If a Child Panel is terminated, all associated data may be retained for up to 5 years. Lily AI may permanently remove panel access, and resellers will not be able to recover deleted data.
13. Policy Updates
Lily AI reserves the right to modify these policies at any time for security, legal, or infrastructure reasons. Continued use indicates full acceptance of the updated policies.

15. Plan Limits & Pricing Changes
Right to Modify Plans
Lily AI reserves the full and exclusive right to modify, increase, decrease, or restructure any plan limits, pricing, or features at any time.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Increasing or decreasing plan prices
- Adjusting AI video generation limits
- Modifying API usage or storage limits
- Updating bandwidth or processing limits
- Adding or removing plan features
Immediate Effect: Changes may take effect immediately, with or without prior notice in certain circumstances.
No Refunds Due to Changes: Price increases or feature modifications do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
