No refunds will be issued for service interruptions, server disconnections, maintenance downtime, or technical issues. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Refunds are not provided for AI-generated content that doesn't meet your expectations, quality standards, or intended use. The AI generation process involves inherent variability.
If your account is suspended or terminated for violation of these terms, no refunds will be provided for unused services or pre-paid amounts.
