Lily AI integrates and relies on various external third-party services (e.g., VEO3 for video generation, other providers for TTS, etc.). Issues arising from these third-party services, including their availability, performance changes, or feature updates, do not warrant a refund from Lily AI.
In the unlikely event that a specific service or feature is discontinued, no refunds will be provided for past purchases, unused credits, or remaining subscription periods related to that feature. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services.
